Canadians loved the West Coast especially because of the long summer nights that lasted into the evening. From the national parks of British Columbia, to the sandy beaches in Alberta, the West Coast has something for everyone. While cities for example, Vancouver and Victoria provide plethora opportunities to explore, the countryside offers peace and quiet away from the hustle & bustle.
Eastern Canada was also a famous destination 🇨🇦 ️. From visiting the historic sites of Quebec to exploring the rugged terrain of Newfoundland and Labrador, Eastern Canada had an abundance of opportunities for fun and relaxation 🇨🇦. The Maritime provinces, in particular, had something for everyone, with the beautiful beaches, and picturesque landscapes of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.
The summer months also saw many Canadians travelling abroad. The U. S. was the most popular destination, with Canadians heading south to explore the cities of the East Coast, the mountains of the West, and the many attractions of the Midwest. Europe was also a famous destination with many Canadians choosing to explore the culture and history of the continent.
